Myself and my husband have spent 6 nights at the Ibis Shiprow in Aberdeen - and have really enjoyed our stay.
The room was clean and the location was perfect for our needs. The bar area was lovely and the food has been ok too.
Helen on reception has been so jolly, helpful and kind throughout all our stay. The rest of the staff have also been helpful too.

Clean, comfortable and practical room with everything you need in great location. Reception team are super nice. 5 stars for Alex, Max and Helen who ensured we had the best stay with an amazing view of the harbour.

I’ve stayed at the ibis in Aberdeen a couple times now in recent weeks for work, and every experience I’ve had is worthy of 5 stars!! The rooms are very clean and modern.
The staff always make me feel so welcome. Special thanks to Stephen, Alex & Helen who always greet me with a big smile and go above and beyond to ensure I have everything I need! 🌟 Highly recommend staying here - you will not be disappointed!

There are many good things I can say about this hotel. The customer service, location, room and bathroom, facilities were all really good. Unfortunately our entire trip was spoiled by a rock solid mattress adorned by a paper thin topper that left us struggling to fall asleep and sore and aching every morning. On the second night I reached out to front desk for help and they provided us with additional bedding which definitely helped but doesn't really fix the core problem of the mattress just not supporting your body whatsoever. Everything else about the hotel was honestly a step above what we usually use (travelodge) but the bed was so much worse that I don't see us returning again which is unfortunate as the hotel is in such a great location and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Pomocna obsługa w recepcji. Internet podano dopiero po dopytaniu. Kawa herbata dostępna w dużych ilościach. Słychać mewy na dachu.Pokoje czyste jen sak w Polsce w Warszawie maja bardzo przyjemny zapaś świeżości.

Não foge muito ao estilo "Ibis".
ao contrário de outros Ibis onde já pernoites este tinha um espaço de refeições reduzido e o menu tem preços que podiam ser mais simpáticos para os produtos que oferecem.
O pequeno almoço é de opções reduzidas.
Os quartos são típicos estilo "Ibis"
Mas a cama do meu quarto tinha um colchão muito duro só com um toper fininho.
Os funcionários foram prestaveis e simpáticos.

Excellent in every respect. Clearly the design has been very well thought through to minimise cleaning and maintenance whilst providing all the facilities a guest needs. Swedish style rooms very quiet and comfortable. Perfectly good breakfast and friendly staff. Will definitely stay again next time I am here for one evening.

The people who were working that night were really lovely, though we didn't get the room we were expecting.
My partner booked us a room for new year's Eve, way back a couple of months ago and he specifically asked for a Harbour view room. He believed they said yes to it.
The room we got was not Harbour view, it was a back room, just looking at a wall and a roof.
Quite a small room, and just very basic. It was like a student Accommodation room, really.
They gave us a free drink from the bar, because we didn't get the room we wanted.
The food was ok, but nothing spectacular.
The restaurant was cold, we were the only two people there on Hogmanay night having food.
They had Christmas lanterns on the tables, but none of them had batteries in them. The place would have looked lovely all lit up.
At least the staff were nice guys anyway.
PS. The photos of Harbour I attached were from an upstairs window, not our room.
The orange chair in room was plastic and seemed flimsy.

Staying here on business. Hotel is well situated for the office, restaurants and shops
Rooms ideal and clean - no complaints or issues whatsoever.
Alexander (receptionist) is the go-to guy. He was fantastic regarding everything. Requests were actioned promptly, local knowledge for best restaurants etc was invaluable.
He’s a real asset to the hotel and business.
Hence my return business.

Nice and warm in the winter months. A rare thing for hotel rooms heating to work.

Breakfast wasn't great. Sausages hard, eggs plastic, probably from being under the heat lamp.
